Mignonette at 4 months old, with mother
Mignonette, affectionately called Minnie, came to our farm at the young age of 4 months with her mother, Lady Martha Mary Woldbrook.
We were delighted to observe our first cria on our farm. Mignonette is special to us because she was the first alpaca that we halter-trained! And she is one of the first alpacas that we took to a show, the PAOBA Show in York, PA.
Her micron stats at 13 months: 22.6, 4.5, 20.0, 5.3. Mignonette displays a gorgeous true black color, solid conformation, even bite, and quality fleece. She is a proven female.
Mignonette is a proven female. She gave birth on June 26, 2012 to a healthy male cria sired by MFI Jerichos Peruvian Black Thunder. Black Thunder is co-owned with Xtreme Alpacas and Flying Pony Alpacas. MFI Jericho’s Peruvian Black Thunder is a large-boned, black male with an excellent black fleece, ARI Registered, with Full Peruvian heritage and has produced championship offspring from black and grey to white.
