This beautiful white cria has superb fleece and excellent conformation. Her micron stats (July, 2011) are: 17.5, 4.3, 24.6, 1.6.
Rhapsody’s dam is Cangalli Gold’s Riana, excellent mother of two other outstanding daughters. Riana is Full Peruvian, 1151848. Riana’s mother is 6Peruvian Sunburst and her sire is Snowmass Cangalli Gold.
Rhapsody’s sire is MFI PERUVIAN JERICHO, Dark Fawn, 819329, Full Peruvian. Jericho is the sire of the famous Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah who won both Light and Dark Herdsire of the Year and has gone on to produce numerous championship offspring of his own. Jericho is a dark fawn male with a very advanced bundling dark fawn fleece which has remained amazingly consistent his entire life. His consistent fleece character extends from the top of his head to his toes… even under his belly. His incredible fleece won First Place, Color Champion and Judge’s Choice (there were three Judges) for the best OVERALL huacaya fleece at the 2002 AOBA National Conference Fleece Show defeating ALL other colors, including White, a feat never accomplished before nor since.
