Some of our blacks are shown in this photo – Lady Martha-Mary is at the head of the line, followed by her cria, Mic Mac, then Pucci and then Minnie.

The photo was taken in summer of 2010. MicMac is the summer (2010) cria of Lady Martha Mary; MicMac is now in the “boys group”. About a year after this picture was taken, there was a new black cria born at the farm! Lady Martha Mary had another little black cria, named Blissful Lady, born June 27, 2011.

Yarn in the color black will be spun from the fleece of these alpacas, sometimes blended with other fleece colors for two-tone twist yarn and other types of yarn spinning blends.
